Theme Europe
1. For this work you are going to work in pairs, your partner is the one you're sitting next to in classrom. I want you to choose a European country for your research.
2. Write your chosen country on the whiteboard. You can't choose a country that is already taken.
3. Use books from the library or the Internet to find the needed facts.
This is what you are going to look for in your research:
- Size
- Capital city
- Climate
- Population
- History
- A picture of the flag
- Religion
- Natural resources
- Famous persons or things for the country
4. Your work will end up as a poster with the fact and maybe a map over the country.
5. Besides your poster, that will be put on the walls in the classroom, you are going to talk for five minutes about your chosen country.
Time limit: two weeks, presentation on Thursday 15/12
